Four things you can do on your listing.

Most actions go through the Claim flow on your tool's page. Email fallback paths are listed below for cases where claiming isn't possible.

What data Volvenix holds about your tool.

Every category we hold, where it comes from, and how often it refreshes. Fields marked "on enrichment" are populated when the tool first enters our index and on re-enrichment cycles — not on a fixed monthly cadence.

Not currently shown on Volvenix: traffic estimates, revenue estimates, third-party AI benchmark scores, and user reviews are referenced by some scoring components but contain no production data yet. We do not display values we cannot compute.

Why we list your tool without prior consent.

Volvenix lists tools on the basis of legitimate interests in providing an independent, informative directory. This approach is consistent with how established directories such as G2, Capterra, Futurepedia, and TrustRadius operate globally.

• Facts are not copyrightable. Pricing tiers, feature names, context window sizes, and supported languages are factual data points and cannot be owned. We source these from public vendor documentation.
• Nominative fair use. We display your logo and product name solely to identify your product for the purpose of review and comparison — not to imply any partnership or endorsement.
• Original editorial content. All descriptions, overviews, and scoring rationales are generated by Volvenix's automated pipeline (AI extraction + rule-based scoring) from publicly available data. We do not reproduce substantial verbatim excerpts from vendor websites.
• Screenshots. Interface screenshots used for review are generally protected as fair use or fair dealing. We will remove screenshots on request where a vendor's Terms of Service prohibit reproduction.

What you can do with your listing.

3.1 Claim your listing

Claiming your tool is free and gives you full control over your listing. Verified claimants can:

• Update pricing, features, description, logo, screenshots, and all factual fields
• Add or remove integrations, platforms, and capabilities
• Add your team's own use-case guides
• Receive a "✓ Verified" badge on your listing
• Request correction of any automated content you believe is inaccurate

To claim your tool, navigate to your tool's page on Volvenix and click 🔐 Claim. Verification is available via:

• Company email domain — verify with an email matching your tool's primary domain (instant)
• DNS TXT record — add a Volvenix-provided record to your domain DNS (verified on next DNS poll, typically within minutes)
• Manual review — if neither of the above is possible, submit supporting evidence (incorporation document, registered trademark, official LinkedIn profile, etc.)

3.2 Request a correction

The fastest correction is to claim your listing — once verified, you can edit fields directly with no waiting period. If claiming isn't possible right now, email [email protected] with:

• Your full name and role at the company
• The tool name and URL on Volvenix
• The specific field(s) that need correction and the correct value(s)
• A link or screenshot from your official website confirming the correct data

Email-based corrections require manual verification, so response time depends on volume — claim-based edits are immediate.

3.3 Request screenshot removal

If your Terms of Service prohibit reproduction of your interface and you wish to have screenshots removed, email [email protected] with your name, role, a link confirming your ToS prohibits reproduction, and the URL of your tool page on Volvenix.

3.4 Request full listing removal

Volvenix does not remove listings on request without a valid legal basis, for the same reason that G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius do not — a directory that allows unilateral opt-out cannot provide a reliable, unbiased resource. We will process a removal request promptly if you can demonstrate one of:

• Your product has been discontinued or sunset
• The listing contains content that is factually false in a materially harmful way and cannot be corrected by editing facts (e.g. the wrong product is shown under your tool's name)
• A specific legal obligation requires removal (e.g. a court order, or a GDPR right to erasure where personal data of an identifiable individual is at issue)

Disagreement with a score, ranking, or scoring decision is not a valid basis for removal — but you are welcome to claim your listing and use the Claim flow to correct any factual fields that influence your score.

To submit a removal request: email [email protected] with subject "Listing Removal Request — [Tool Name]" and include your legal basis and supporting documents.

Scores, rankings, and what money cannot buy.

Volvenix scores are calculated by an automated formula from five signals: Quality 40% · Engagement 20% · Metadata completeness 15% · Authority 15% · Trend 10%. The full methodology is documented on the About page.

• No pay-to-rank. No tool can pay to improve its score or organic ranking position. The scoring formula has no input field that money can buy.
• Sponsored placements. Tools may pay for a "Sponsored" featured placement that appears above organic results and is always clearly labelled with a badge. This does not affect the underlying score.
• Affiliate links. Some outbound links include affiliate parameters. Commissions do not influence scores, rankings, or content. All outbound vendor links carry rel="sponsored" for transparency, and our Disclaimer covers the affiliate model.
• Improving your score. If you believe your score is too low due to missing or incorrect data, the most effective remedy is to claim your listing and complete your profile. Higher Metadata completeness directly raises the Metadata signal (15% of the formula).

For urgent legal matters (a court order or imminent publication of materially false content), mark your email subject "URGENT — Legal" and provide a callback path. We escalate within Indian Standard Time business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 IST).
