Welcome to Volvenix ("we," "our," or "us"). Volvenix is a global AI tools discovery and review platform accessible at volvenix.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site from anywhere in the world, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Volvenix

Volvenix is an independent platform. We curate, categorize, score, and compare third-party AI software tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any tool listed on the Site unless explicitly marked with a "Partner" or "Sponsored" badge. We do not sell, develop, or operate any of the AI tools listed.

2. Eligibility & Global Access

The Site is available globally. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is higher (e.g. 16 in many EU member states), you must meet the applicable local age requirement. Volvenix does not knowingly allow children under 13 — or under the applicable local minimum age — to create accounts or submit personal data. If we discover that a user is below the applicable minimum age, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data.

If you are under 18, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. By using the Site, you represent that you meet your jurisdiction's eligibility requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Site complies with all laws applicable in your country or region.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account you agree to: (a) provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; (b) maintain the security of your credentials and accept responsibility for all activity under your account; (c) notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access; and (d) not share credentials with any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice where legally permitted.

4. Tool Listings & Affiliate Disclosures

Some tool listings include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, scores, or reviews. Our ranking algorithm is based on objective data: usage metrics, feature coverage, pricing, user feedback, and third-party benchmark data.

Pages marked "Sponsored" or "Partner" have a commercial relationship with Volvenix. This may affect placement but does not alter editorial scores or comparison results. All material connections are disclosed in accordance with the US FTC Endorsement Guides, EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices, and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

5. Tool Claims

Tool developers and vendors ("Claimants") may submit a claim to verify ownership of a listed tool. By submitting a claim you represent that: (a) you are the authorized representative of the tool vendor; (b) all information provided is accurate; and (c) you have the right to update the tool's listing. Approved claimants gain access to manage their profile, respond to reviews, and submit updates. We reserve the right to revoke claim status for violations of these Terms.

6. User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and discussion posts ("UGC"). By submitting UGC, you grant Volvenix a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt such content on the Site and in promotional materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree NOT to submit content that is false, defamatory, or unlawful; that infringes any intellectual property right; that contains spam, malware, or phishing; or that harasses or discriminates against any person or group. We reserve the right to remove any UGC without notice. We do not verify reviewer identity and do not endorse any user opinion.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, ranking data, comparison summaries, and AI-generated insights — is the property of Volvenix or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act 1957, the Berne Convention, and applicable intellectual property laws worldwide. You may not scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit any Site content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (sharing links, short excerpts with attribution) is permitted.

8. Third-Party Trademarks, Logos & Screenshots

Nominative fair use. Volvenix displays the names, logos, and brand marks of third-party AI tools solely to identify and review those products. This use is consistent with the doctrine of nominative fair use (and equivalent principles under applicable trademark law) and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by the trademark owner. Volvenix does not claim ownership of any third-party trademark, service mark, or trade dress.

Screenshots. Interface screenshots reproduced on this Site are used for editorial commentary, comparison, and review purposes. Such use is generally protected as fair use (or fair dealing in applicable jurisdictions) because it is transformative — screenshots appear alongside editorial analysis and are not a substitute for the original product. Where a vendor's Terms of Service explicitly prohibit reproduction of their interface, Volvenix will honour a written removal request promptly.

No implied endorsement. The presence of a third-party logo, trademark, or screenshot on this Site does not suggest that Volvenix is sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the owner of that mark. All tool pages include a clear "Visit [Tool Name]" link to the official vendor website.

Vendor removal requests. If you are the legal owner of a trademark or copyrighted interface displayed on Volvenix and believe our use exceeds fair use, please contact [email protected] with your full legal name, the tool or asset in question, and the basis for your request. We will respond within 10 business days.

9. AI-Generated Content

Some content on the Site — including comparison summaries, insights, and tool descriptions — is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and reviewed by our editorial team. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. We clearly label such content. Do not rely solely on AI-generated summaries; verify details with vendors directly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that tool information is accurate or current, or that the Site is free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in such cases, this exclusion applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOLVENIX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY TOOL INFORMATION. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) INR 5,000; or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site contains links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for their privacy practices, terms, or content. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith written negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, it shall proceed to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email and post the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' advance notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
